These General Terms (hereinafter the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Altora (the “Provider”) and the customer (the “User”). The contract is deemed concluded upon activation of the service following payment. Access to the services implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Description and Certified Infrastructure
The Provider makes available to the User a technological infrastructure hosted in datacenters certified under the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and managed by Altora in compliance with the ISO 20000‑1 standard for IT service management. The service consists of the rental of computing resources (CPU, RAM, Storage) in a virtualized environment. The Provider does not impose software limits on the number of players (“slots”), but stability depends on the physical limits of the purchased plan and on the optimization of the software installed by the User.

- Keep access credentials confidential.
- Not use the service for illegal or harmful activities.
- Ensure that mods, plugins, and configurations are stable and legitimate.
- Not install software that may compromise node stability.
- Hold the Provider harmless from any liability arising from misuse or legal violations.
4. Payments, Renewal, and Termination
Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

- Suspension: Failure to pay results in immediate suspension.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Compensation
The Provider guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance (24h notice), urgent extraordinary maintenance, force majeure events, and issues caused by third‑party game software are excluded. Any compensation is provided as service extension and must be requested within 7 days of the event.

6. Anti‑DDoS Protection and Network Security
The infrastructure includes DDoS mitigation systems on a 10Gbps uplink. In case of exceptionally intense attacks, the Provider may apply temporary nullrouting to protect the network.

7. Prohibited Use and Precautionary Suspension
It is forbidden to use the service for mining, attacks against third parties, network scanning, hosting cheats or exploits, or activities generating abnormal loads. The Provider may suspend the service without refund if activities compromise system stability.

8. Liability Limitation and Backups
The Provider is not liable for data loss, file corruption, or malfunctions caused by mods, plugins, incorrect configurations, or game updates. The User is responsible for their own backups, even if the Provider offers automated tools.

9. Withdrawal Rights and Refunds
The User waives the right of withdrawal once the digital service is activated. Refunds are granted only for severe technical defects attributable to the Provider within 48 hours of the order. The Lag‑Free Guarantee provides a 100% refund only for technical lag attributable to the infrastructure.

10. Amendments and Jurisdiction
The Provider may amend these terms at any time. The relationship is governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Trento.
