Lag‑Free Guarantee
On our preconfigured plans we can guarantee consistent performance: if your server experiences technical lag caused by our infrastructure, we will refund 100% of your order.
Important note: the Lag‑Free Guarantee applies exclusively to the plans we provide. Custom configurations created through the configurator are not covered, as any selection errors do not depend on us.
What it covers
- lag caused by the node’s CPU, RAM, storage or network
- platform instability not related to mods or plugins
- node congestion or saturation not attributable to the user
Why it exists
Because a lagging server isn’t a service — it’s a problem. And we don’t sell problems.
What we refund
Full order refund (100%). If the lag is our fault, we pay for it.
